Doesn’t add water to the mop when it redo is to do second part of room

We’ve already sent it in to be checked. But it still doesn’t mop after doing a small area

We are having the same issues with this company we’ve emailed
Them 6 times no one responds and we have an $900 mop vac that doesn’t work  and have had it less than a year
