Matrix 10 Ultra

Matrix 10 Ultra Robovac.  Continually get message the mop pad fell off. Followed all suggestions, but the mop pads come off easily when moving from hardwood floor to low pile rug. 8 times in a row the mop pads fell off.

Given the repeatable nature of the issue and the fact that new pads fail under the same conditions, this indicates a hardware issue with the mop mounting plate or lift mechanism, not expected behavior.  Unfortunately, returning the unit. Not enough quality testing prior to launch - hope they get it right eventually.
