Doesn’t seat into the charging base

My unit worked properly initially but it now doesn’t return and seat properly in the base to charge.  It repeatedly backs up and enters the base but something isnt working properly.  What do I need to do?

I got the same issue. Worked fine until few days ago, keep circling and hitting the wall. Not sure if relate to firmware update. Open support ticket already, waiting for reply.

Got the same problem... circling like a dog before laying down ;)
