Not using cleaning solution

I don’t think it’s using the cleaning solution. lol
Idk how to tell and how often I’d need to refil it if it was using it properly.. how often are yal refilling?

Have had my x50 since July 2025 and have never refilled.  Level doesn't appear to have really gone down either so not sure that it is actually being used.  

Same issue with mine.  Sent it off to repair and it returned with the same issue.  Had it for a year and a half and it has never added the cleaning solution.   Tech support and repair facility are a joke.

I have the same issue with my L40. The container with the cleaning solution it’s still full after using the robot for a few months

Weigh the detergent container before and after to confirm. The waste water should have suds in it immediately after the cycle is complete.
