Charging

My robot keeps saying start charging how can u fix that if it’s on the doc charging already

I used contact cleaner on the contacts and it seemed to fix that issue. You could also try an eraser on the end of a pencil as it may help. Those little metal contacts have to stay clean.

Should a vacuum 2 hours old be doing this, too?

Triple check the bot is placed on a level surface and that it’s positioned properly in the base. Turn the power switch off and on again. You should see a white charger light. Charge the bot fully before use.
