Ghost virtual wall and no go zone

Robot says can’t get to assigned cleaning area remove virtual wall or no go zone. The problem is there isn’t either of those set up just a safe pass threshold. So it just goes back to its charger. Any help please I’m clueless here.

I had a similar experience it's probably because it's to narrow in that area might have to place a virtual wall where it is having issues or recheck and read the instructions on how to use the barriers correctly.. I find that if it starts out to close to a narrow gap it will just go back and dock .. might help to start the robot from a different outlet position
