Map deletes weekly

My map deletes every 2 weeks, it also deletes the saved map. I have to remap the entire house. Please help!

Mine has just done this for the first time as well. I emailed for support to see if I can get my map back. I also cant figure out how to edit the map like the 1st time where you merge the room or change the name I dont even see that option anymore
If you have any help on this I would appreciate your help also. Thank you
