New X50 ultra - Missing features

I just got a X50 ultra a few days ago and I purchased it directly from Dreame Canada website.  My question is that I don't seems to have the UV Sterilization and the ability to mop the floor with detergent in the app dock settings section. Both options are just not there on my unit if I compare with some online reviews and specifications.

Why is that ?

I also bought the X50 in the U.S. from the Amazon Store, and it used to have a UV sterilization feature. You could turn it on in the app, and when it was running, the station would show a blue indicator light. After several app updates, that feature disappeared, and the indicator light no longer turns on. It’s possible the feature is still working, but it just doesn’t show it anymore. But that’s only my guess.

I purchased the X 50 a few months ago I filled up the auto detergent compartment, intelligent and since then I believe nothing comes out because I am still showing the same amount that I had put in it months ago. Is there something I’m doing wrong?

I know it use detergent to wash the mop , I see that option . But the other one that allow detergent to be added to the clean water in the robot while it mop is not there . This is what I meant.

On another forum someone asked if it's ok to add cleaning solution directly to the clean water.  Dreame CS said that's ok.  You have to dilute it 200 to 1.  The forum was about why it doesn't seem to use any cleaning solution.  I have the same issue.
