Rollers Not Rolling

The vacuum part of the device is working X50. You can hear it but the rollers in the undercarage are not rotating. Hence the vacume part isnt' working as well as it use to. Please help.

My new X40 is making a squeaking sound when vacuuming or moping. I checked and cleaned wheels. I have all tile floors. Help with this issue
