Not as impressed as I was hoping I’d be

Anyone else kind of disappointed? If I want my floors super clean should I put it in “wet” option? I just don’t feel like it gets up what I need it to. I still end up having to vacuum and mop afterwards 😭

Me too. I’ve had mine for a few weeks now and for the price, I’m disappointed

I am on my 3rd.  I had no issues with Narwal. My first one works flawlessly from my son and his wife. I have bought 4 of these as gifts.  Its a piece of crap. Ill be changing back to what worked.

Yes put it on wet, I love mine and I have 3 hairy dogs. Check your setting use the clean gen mode

I’m disappointed. I’ve sent it back twice for issues of it not working properly with the sensors. And now it’s finally working and vacuuming but our front door rug it doesn’t clean up any of the dirt around it. I have a dog and we are in and out all day. Picked up the bathroom rugs and had it clean the bathroom and visible dirt everywhere still. Not sure what to do. I’d rather just return and get a stick vacuum and do it myself at this point. Haven’t even messed around with the mopping function yet cus I can’t get the floors clean!
