[L10s Ultra Gen2] Loud noise

My robot is making this loud noise and it is very annoying, does anyone got the same problem? Dreame support doesn't offer warranty for it even though I'm still in 1 year warranty.

It sounds like the brush is rubbing on something. Have you tried swapping it out?

Yes, I checked and changed the brush, still happening. It only quiet is when it's going somewhere without rolling the main brush.

It sounds like something is stuck behind the roller brush! You should remove it and check for debris. I hope it's an easy fix like that!

I checked behind the brush and changebthe brush, it's still happening. From the AI recommendation is the replace the main brush housing and the motor gear box as it might be broken and causing noise
