[X60 Ultra] Missing Piece - HELP!

My late aunt passed down her vacuum for me to have. I have tried so hard to figure out how to get it working. I’ve tried every replacement part I can think of. What else do I need? Any advice would be so gracious.

The brushes/rollers fall out. I bought the piece that holds the rollers, but it seems like there’s another piece missing that should be on top of it.
