[L10s Ultra Gen2] Battery Failed in Less Than 15 Days

I paid almost $400 for this robot vacuum, and it didn't even last 15 days or make it through 10 cleaning cycles. The battery started deteriorating rapidly, and now it loses almost 1% per second and can't even make it back to the charging dock. The battery is absolute garbage. Does anyone know where I can buy a good-quality replacement battery?
