Possible Causes & Troubleshooting Steps
1. Check for Blockages in the Dust Collection Path
Even if the bag is empty, the pipes connecting the robot to the base station may be clogged with debris or hair, preventing suction.

Action: Use a long, thin brush to gently clean the dust collection pipes inside the base station. Ensure you clean every corner to remove any blockages.
Action: Check the dust intake area on the robot itself. Open the robot cover, remove the dust bin, and use a soft brush or cloth to clear any debris or dust buildup from the dust collection area.
2. Verify Dust Bag Installation and Contacts
The sensor may not be detecting the bag correctly, or the seal may be compromised.

Action: Ensure the dust bag is fully inserted until you hear a "click" sound. If it is not seated properly, the system may prevent operation.
Action: Check the contact points on the dust bag and the internal contact points of the docking station. If there is dust or foreign objects, gently clean them with a dry, clean cloth.
3. Clean the Filter
A clogged filter can restrict airflow, causing the auto-empty function to fail or perform poorly.

Action: Remove the dust tank cover and take out the dust bag. Use a dry cloth to wipe the internal filter and contact areas of the dust collection bin to remove dust and debris.
4. Restart the System

Action: After cleaning the pipes, filter, and checking the bag installation, restart the robot and initiate a cleaning task to see if the issue persists
