Does not clean

I had the x40 for a few months. It was good for a couple of months and now it just won’t clean properly no matter what I do. I tried every single troubleshooting hack on the internet. I clean it regularly and I even deleted the map and mapped it again. It just feels like a complete waste of money. It literally walks over dirt and won’t pick it up even after replacing the brush with a brand new one

I am having the same problem. Unfortunately I also bought it when it was $1000! Very frustrating

Issue with the 1st we bought we even bought an extended warranty and our issue is we have emailed customer service for the last few weeks and we get no response at all

Did you change  or empty the dust  bag?

Did you try turning it off and turning it back on again?

Same problem. Re-mapped it dead flies still on the ground.  I’m sending it back.
