How do I change filter

This is the best robot ive ever owned

After 7 months it won't dispense water very disappointed and no help from customer service support

I agree with many of these comments. The app is very confusing and not very user-friendly. Setting shortcuts / schedules is also a bit difficult. It does an OK job in vacuuming but when combining vacuum and mop, it doesn’t work as well. Mopping only does a surface clean. Even with the very wet mops.  I also thought this would be quieter than it is, but I honestly can’t compare. I’ve never had another one.
