[L10s Pro Ultra] Main brush error

Hi,
Anyone keeps having a main brush error?
Even though I removed the clogged hair and cleaned the brush, I kept getting the same error. So, I replaced the main brush with a new one just in case. But, I’m still getting the same main brush error. Anyone knows how to solve it?

Hi,

Regarding your issue, we recommend that you do the following:

1. Upgrade the robot firmware to the latest
version.

2. Turn off the power, flip the device,remove the main brush cover, and take out the main brush.Use scissors or tweezers to clean any tangled
hair, threads, or other foreign objects (pay special attention to cleaning the bearings and grooves at both ends of the main brush).

3. Check if the main brush is deformed or worn,which may cause abnormal rotation. If it is worn or deformed, it needs to be replaced.

4. Restart the robot and perform the task again.

5.If the above steps cannot solve your problem, please contact support.na@dreame.tech for support. (Please provide your failure video and SN information as well as your order number)
