Step 1-Install QuickBooks database server manager

·       For installing QuickBooks desktop goto intuit official website.

·       Download the latest version of QuickBooks desktop.

·       Open the downloaded file.

·       Now choose custom or Network optionas install type.

Step 2- Scanyour company file folders

·       To scanning your company file foldergo to the start menu and search Database.

·       Navigate the QuickBooks database server manager.

·       Now select the scan folder option tocontinue the process.

·       Choose thelocation in which you wish to save your folder.

·       Click on OK to continue.

Step 3- Setup Folder Access Permission for Company Files

·       Right click on the folder that storesyour company files and click on the Properties option.

·       Now go to the security option andclick on the edit option.

·       Click on QBDataServiceUserXXany version of QB Database Server Manager which are running on your system.

·       Click on the Full control option andclick on allow.

·       Now click apply and Tap OK to completethe process.
