Vacuum no suction

Vacuum is not suctioning at all

Mine stop working 😭

You might want to check the dustbin. Occasionally mine gets things in it that keep it from auto emptying and so it fills up and won't pick up anything

To help identify and resolve the problem efficiently, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:  

Please confirm whether there is wind blowing out of the air outlet while the robot is vacuuming.  

1. If wind is blowing out, this indicates the fan is working properly.
- We recommend cleaning the dust box and filter to ensure the device’s suction remains unobstructed.
- Additionally, please increase the suction power and perform multiple cleaning cycles to improve the overall cleaning effect.  

2. If there is no wind blowing out of the air outlet during vacuuming and no fan operation sound is heard, this may mean the fan is abnormal and the device requires a repair.
