Robot can’t get back to the dock

I forgot to remover the rear cam sticker cover on  mine. Worked fine after that

Mine won’t dock either.  Looks straight, but then there is a sound like something I’d turning, but missing—then the robot is spit out spinning to the right or left?  

Mine won’t charge I just got it. It keeps trying to leave and won’t stay to charge

I'm having a problem with my robot—or rather, it isn't mopping the floor. Does anyone know how to fix this? It isn't using any water—it's not even cleaning the mop pad. We aren't seeing any clean water being used, and there is never any dirty water being drained.
