Reading Mode

Trying to do the firmware update but keeps failing . Any help here? Checked out some YouTube video’s , have a good network connection but keeps failing. Also can someone suggest how to change the Robot from silent mode , this do not either clean . All lights in the robot are off. Thanks for the help
