Not charging

Dear all i am try to recharge my robot but even i rurning to station is not charging even that i clean sensor and check the plug still not charging
I need help as idont know where is the issue

I’m having similar problems mine just keeps saying it’s offline and that it’s loading but it’s been almost 2 days and still no change

I have a same issue now!!!
